E. College. After Completionof his Graduation and Post Graduation in structural Engineering, he joined in KMDA.During his job in KMDA he again got another Master degree in Public Health Engineeringfrom Calcutta University. In his 35 years Engineering carrier, he was attached with variouswater supply projects in Garden Reach, Ulluberia, Barackpur, Uttarpara, Howrah etc.One of the important contribution of Mr. Mukherjee for water treatment project isintroduction of space savings technology in water treatment plant. The first two storiedwater treatment plant in India is introduced by Mr. Mukherjee in Howrah Corporation. Hewas the Director General of Operations in water supply sector of KMDA. Before that hewas also Chief Engineer in the same organization
